Big Boi, one half of Outkast, was arrested earlier today in Miami on drug charges. CNN reports Big Boi was charged with illegal possession of Viagra and Ecstasy pills, MDMA powder and drug paraphernalia with intent to use. Bonds totaling $16,000 were set. The ATL rap legend just sent out a tweet to let his fans know he’s currently a free man.
Sean Kingston Expected To Make A Full Recovery
Wednesday, June 1st, 2011According to a rep from Epic Records, Sean Kingston is expected to make a full recovery from injuries sustained from a jet ski accident in Miami over the Memorial Day weekend. Kingston suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs, according to sources who asked not to be identified since they were not authorized to speak to the media. The rep from Epic Records, Kingston’s label, stated that the singer was in “critical but stable condition.” Two sources close to Kingston told CNN on Tuesday that it should take about six weeks for his injuries to heal. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sean for a speedy, full recovery.

Kingston, along with a female companion who was riding with him, were taken to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital after their watercraft crashed into a small bridge.
