I remember that poignant Sunday morning 10 years ago, when I was watching the Today Show. It seemed unreal, as the words came out of the news anchor’s mouth and I looked at the image of an insolvent aircraft on the television. At first, I thought it was a hoax. But as that Sunday morning turned into Sunday afternoon, and more news reports started surfacing, I knew it was a devastating fact. It seemed that there was so much more life had in store for this shining star, as her career was heading straight into orbit with a laser precision. But God had other plans, and what that fateful day showed me, as cliché as it might sound, is that we have to live everyday like it’s our last.
