E! News reports that according to “sources”, Bey and Jay’s daughter’s name is Ivy Blue Carter. There has been no official confirmation from Jay-Z or Beyoncé, but Russell Simmons and Rihanna are among the first celebs to send their congratulations via Twitter. Check out their tweets inside.
UPDATE: The Carter’s good friend, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, confirms the baby’s name is in fact Blue Ivy Carter via Twitter. According to GMA, the couple chose “Ivy” because of the significance of the number “4″ or “IV.”
