Actor Michael Clarke Duncan, star of ‘The Green Mile,’ died this morning morning in Los Angeles. Duncan, with his larger-than-life physique and signature baritone, suffered a heart attack on July 13 and never fully recovered according to a statement released by his publicist Joy Fehily. The force behind Violator Management allegedly shot himself after an argument with his estranged wife outside of his Bronx, New York apartment. He was 44. Saturday, February 11th, 2012This is such sad news. Legendary singer Whitney Houston has passed away at the age of 48. TMZ reports that Whitney died at the Beverly Hilton hotel. The singer was in town for Grammy weekend and was set to attend Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy concert tonight.

R.I.P. Don Cornelius: Died Of ‘Self-Inflicted Gun Shot Wound’
Wednesday, February 1st, 2012God rest the soul of Don Cornelius, the creator of the iconic Soul Train, as he has died this morning at his Los Angeles home. AP reports that Mr. Cornelius committed suicide. He was 75.
Officers responding to a report of a shooting found Cornelius at his Mulholland Drive home at around 4 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at 4:56 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, said Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter.

Ms. James was reported to have been diagnosed with dementia and leukemia, a form of cancer. A six-time Grammy winner and seventeen-time Blues Music Awards winner, Etta is widely recognize for her hit “At Last”. Our prayers go out to her family, friends, and fans. God rest her soul.
Heavy D’s Cause Of Death Revealed

Joe Frazier Loses His Battle With Liver Cancer, Dies At 67

He was diagnosed less than six weeks ago and spent his final days in a Philadelphia-area hospice.
