Weezy has done it again. ‘The Carter IV’ has come in at number one, selling 964,000. It’s his third No. 1 after following 2008′s ‘Tha Carter III.’ Wayne scores the second the second-highest first week sales of the year, as he comes up short to behind Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ (1.1 million copies) but takes the crown from Jay-Z and Kanye West’s ‘Watch the Throne’ (436,000 copies)
