Chris Brown returns to the top of the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for the first time since 2006, as “Deuces” jumps from No. 2 to No. 1 this week. Hitting the top in just its ninth week on the list, it ties for the year’s fastest climb to No. 1. In April, Monica’s “Everything to Me” also raced to the penthouse in just nine weeks.
